GIMBER
GIMBER enlisted JUNIA to bring its sensory testing in-house as part of its new product development and ingredient sourcing optimization efforts: establishing a panel of employees, providing training in the sensory characterization of products, and training a lead panel to oversee the analyses internally. Result: faster decisions on product development and ingredient selection.
Collaborative Research with SNCF Réseau
As part of the RACCOR-D project, which brings together six partners, SNCF Réseau is collaborating with JUNIA to develop and validate a smart rail grid that integrates renewable energy and energy storage. The project includes modeling and optimizing energy systems, conducting tests and validations on experimental platforms, and deploying a real-world demonstrator on-site.
