To earn their degree, engineering students must complete an international experience during their studies.

 

  • Students: A minimum of 20 weeks during the academic year, as an internship at a company or in a laboratory.
  • Apprentices: A minimum of 12 weeks as part of an international assignment with their host company or an experience at a training center.

Yes. To earn their degree, engineering students must complete an international experience during their studies. This time abroad can take different forms depending on the course: academic exchange, internship, company assignment, or dual degree.

Can I go abroad even if my English isn’t perfect?

Yes. JUNIA’s teams support you in preparing for your time abroad. The international experience is actually a great opportunity to improve your language skills and build confidence in a multicultural setting.

Is financial aid available for studying abroad?

Yes. Several options may be available depending on your destination and situation: Erasmus+ grants, regional aid, national aid, or specific programs. JUNIA’s teams will guide you toward the solutions best suited to your plans.

Is an international experience available to apprentices?

Yes. Apprentices also complete an international experience during their programme. The terms vary depending on the course and the host company.
