Your challenges become projects

You have an issue that needs to be addressed, but:

  • you don’t have enough time to handle it in-house;
  • you want to test an idea without mobilizing a team;
  • you need to organize your technical thinking;
  • you want to explore a possibility before investing further.

We turn these situations into concrete projects led by our students.

From Need to Deliverable

A partnership built to produce

Each project starts with your needs and a real-world problem. Students work in teams, guided by faculty members and in direct contact with you. They analyze and test until they deliver actionable results.

For you:

  • Tangible progress on a specific issue
  • New approaches, proposed by qualified professionals
  • A structured framework, with ongoing support and deliverables

Learn more about YES projects

What are YES projects?

You assign a problem to a team of 4 to 6 Master’s 2 engineering students, supported by a JUNIA coach, who work for eight weeks to solve it.

What you get: a fresh perspective from engineering students—structured and well-reasoned—work supervised by our faculty and experts, and deliverables that are immediately actionable.

YES Exploration

You start with an open-ended question, and the team reframes the problem, develops the approach, explores possibilities, and may even create a prototype. This is ideal for: exploring a market, testing an idea, or breaking into a new field.

YES Production

You start with a defined objective, and the team uses a set of specifications (technical or functional) as a guide, implements methods, tools, and technologies, and produces a concrete deliverable. This approach is ideal for: developing a solution, structuring a project, or addressing a specific need.

JUNIA students work on real company challenges within a structured framework. You benefit from a fresh perspective, technical skills applied to your topic, and usable deliverables to move your project forward.

What types of projects can be entrusted to JUNIA students?

Projects can involve exploring an idea, analyzing a market, developing a solution, structuring a technical project, or testing a concept before investing.

How are projects supervised at JUNIA?

Students work in teams and are supported by JUNIA teachers or experts. Companies benefit from regular follow-up as well as deliverables built around their needs and goals.
