The admissions period at JUNIA is from Fall to Spring each year, for the following academic year beginning in September. Admission is ongoing and students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. The sooner you apply, the more time you will have to complete the admission process and visa procedure, if applicable.

Undergraduate

  • IB or French Baccalauréat equivalent, or undergraduate course credits (equivalent to French DUT or Licence), with a background in sciences related to your selected course: General Engineering, Agriculture and Life Sciences, or IT and Computer Science
  • B2 level in language of instruction (English or French) certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or FIRST / DELF, DALF or TCF), except students from countries where the language concerned is an official one
  • B1 level in French for International Preparatory Cycle

Graduate – Master (MScEng or Msc)

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in sciences related to your selected course: General Engineering, Agriculture and Life Sciences, or IT and Computer Science
  • B2 level in language of instruction (English or French) certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or FIRST / DELF, DALF or TCF), except students from countries where the desired language of instruction is an official language.
  • For French-taught programs, a minimum B1 level in English certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or FIRST), except for students from countries where English is an official language.
  • French is NOT required for admission to English-taught programs, but is highly recommended.

How to Apply

Graduate admission will open on November 9th, 2022 on junia.force.com.

Undergraduate admission will open on January 9th, 2023 on junia.force.com.

The deadline for all applications is May 15th, 2023.

Application procedure

  1. Complete your online application

First, applicants must create an account on our online application platform junia.force.com.

Then, you must complete the application form and upload all required documents:

  • National ID or passport
  • Updated CV
  • Motivation letter
  • Transcripts of records from all higher education, including current year,
  • All completed diplomas,
  • Recommendation letter (optional)
  • Official language certificate (French and/or English) – see prerequisites below.

3. Individual Interview

  • First and Second Year: no interview, file review only
  • Third Year: possible interview in addition to the file review
  • Fourth Year (Masters level): file review and interview

Graduate applicants are invited to participate in a 30-min interview (videoconference) with the Academic Advisor desired program. This step is important to assessing your motivation for studying at JUNIA and, most of all, gives us the chance to get to know you better.
