Research department

JUNIA runs four major research laboratories alongside other higher education and research institutions in the region (French National Centre for Scientific Research, French National Institute of Agricultural Research, Université de Lille, Centrale Lille, Institut Mines-Télécom Lille-Douai, Université Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France, Université d’Artois, and Université du Littoral).

• The Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology – IEMN (UMR CNRS 8520).

• The Lille Laboratory of Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics – L2EP.

• The Laboratory of Civil Engineering and Geo-environmental Engineering – LGCgE.

• Institut Charles Viollette – ICV (agricultural, food & bio-economic science).

A number of teaching-research staff also contribute to the work carried out at other laboratories in the region (LIRIC, GEMTEX, LAMAV, CRISTAL, etc.). The teaching-research staff at our Châteauroux site are affiliated with the PRISME laboratory (Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory for Systems, Mechanical and Energy Engineering), at the University of Orléans/INSA Val de Loire.
