HISTORY…
This monument is a municipal museum dedicated to fine arts, modern art, and antiquities. It is one of the largest art museums and one of the first museums built in France, established under the instructions of Napoleon I at the beginning of the XIXth century. 

PROGRAMME
7 guided visits are planned « Les Incontournables », « 4 nouvelles gravures de Goya pour le musée », « Monnaies et médailles : un trésor méconnu ». There will also be the Video Game Open Museum and a  special artistic workshop for families (and friends).

HISTORY…
Lille’s subway celebrates its 40 years old this year. It is the very first underground to use the light automatic vehicule technologies (called VAL in French). It now serves Lille and its neighboring towns with its 2 lines.

• Backstage visits of the Archives de la MEL ;
• Flash visits of the « Archives & Archivistes, kaléidoscope des Archives de la MEL » exhibition.

HISTORY
La Piscine is a municipal museum which opened in 2002. You will find fabrics, sculpture, painting, ceramics, drawings and decorative arts there.
